I have been working as a naturopathic doctor for 18 years and my path has guided me toward a focus on mental health. I have discovered that the most profound healing in my patients occurs when we address their underlying mental and emotional health. Often these can be subtle issues significantly impacting both emotional well-being and physical health. By uncovering limiting beliefs, trauma, or unconscious stress patterns we witness remarkable healing on all levels. Patients not only find relief from physical symptoms but also discover newfound peace, happiness, and improved relationships, leading to increased confidence and a stronger sense of self.

Tailoring to each individual’s needs, I incorporate physical health interventions, such as exercise, and balanced nutrient and supplement prescription. These approaches have been proven to directly impact neurotransmitter levels and brain function, leading to improvements in mood and emotional well-being. Additionally, we address any prevailing physical health issues, aiming for balanced sleep patterns, hormone regulation, and replenishing essential nutrients, all of which help to heal symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety.
